These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services provided on the tk111 platform. By accessing the tk111 website or mobile application, creating an account, or using any service, the user agrees to comply with these Terms. 2.1 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts using the same person, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

Users are required to keep their login credentials, password, and OTP confidential. Sharing account access or passwords with third parties is prohibited. Any unauthorized access must be reported to tk111 support immediately.

2.3 Updating Information

If any registered account information changes, the user must update it as soon as possible. tk111 will not be responsible for payment delays caused by outdated or incorrect information.

The tk111 platform is for persons aged 21 years or older only. At the time of registration or at any stage, tk111 may request a copy of a government-issued ID, National Identity Card (NID), or passport to verify a user's age.

3.1 Policy on Minors

If any person under 21 creates an account using false information, their account and balance will be fully forfeited. Parents and guardians are responsible for preventing children and minors from accessing this platform.

3.2 KYC Verification Process

tk111 may request completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification when processing larger withdrawals or when required for security purposes. Users must cooperate actively with this process. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

The following terms apply to depositing and withdrawing funds on tk111. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (for all methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major banks such as BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and Islami Bank).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Deposits through third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• To withdraw from a bonus balance, the wagering requirement must be fulfilled.

4.3 Transaction Review

For any unusual or suspicious transaction, tk111 may apply additional verification steps. In such cases, the user may be required to provide relevant information and the withdrawal may be temporarily placed on hold.

tk111 offers bonuses and promotional deals to registered members from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000 they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a balance of ৳3,000; before withdrawing, they must wager a total of ৳40,000 (৳2,000 × 20).

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on specific games or betting markets designated by tk111.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• A user may use only one bonus at a time.
• The maximum single bet allowed using bonus balance will be specified in the terms of each offer.
• tk111 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user attempts to exploit the bonus system by deliberately placing opposing bets, using multiple accounts, or by any other method, tk111 may cancel that bonus and all winnings derived from it.

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is not accepted due to a technical error, the bet amount will be returned to the user's balance.
• tk111 reserves the right to accept or reject any bet.
• For multi-bets, the entire bet is lost if all selections are not correct.

6.2 Sports Betting

The outcome of bets on cricket matches or other sports events depends on the official announcement of the relevant sports authority. If a match is abandoned or does not conclude within the scheduled time, action will be taken in accordance with the relevant rules.

6.3 Game Results

All casino games and slots are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is completely independent and does not depend on previous results. tk111 does not influence game outcomes in any way.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a lost internet connection, device shutdown, or any other technical reason, the last state saved on the server will be considered final. In such cases, tk111's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk111 platform. Violating these rules may result in account closure as well as legal action.

• Operating an account using a false identity, name, or information.
• Operating multiple accounts by a single person or group.
• Deliberately placing opposing bets to exploit the bonus system.
• Using software, bots, or any other automated method to place bets or play games.
• Attempting to access, damage, or alter the platform's systems.
• Accessing another user's account without authorization.
• Using this platform for money laundering or financial fraud.
• Filing false disputes or refund claims.

8.1 tk111's Authority

tk111 may suspend or permanently close an account at any time, without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide information.
• Refusal to verify age or if false information is proven.
• Involvement in prohibited activities.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

If a user wishes to close their account, a written request must be sent to tk111 support. After all active bets are settled and applicable verifications are completed, the remaining account balance will be returned. However, any bonus balance will be cancelled in this case.

8.3 Right to Appeal

A user may appeal an account closure or suspension through the support team. Relevant information and evidence must be provided at the time of appeal.
